Just realised I haven't update my blog for a week or so. I guess it is because I have work and when I came back home, either I'm too tired to blog or just forgot about it.

Well, it's been two weeks into 2012 and I am barely surviving. I felt so tired and energy-drained. I guess I am still in the holiday mood. Haha!

Anyway, CNY is coming soon( in just one week's time) =) ANG BAOS? This year, I will be celebrating CNY overseas in CHINA. First time spending it out of Singapore. Looking forward to the brand new experience. O yes, please don't be mistaken that I am from China, going to find relatives in China or looking for China girls aka matchmaking -.-... I am just plainly going there for a tour. "Thank you for understanding." =)

I realised that my English standard is deproving and it already sucks to start with. Sian... I guess I really need to start improving my English standard this year before I enter university next year. Another new year's resolution hur?

I must admit my health does not permit me to stay overnight without having a good night rest.

After the duty, my back and neck pains just exacerbated. I still can feel the pain increasing. =(

Haha... I was too tired to post this few days.

A top news: SMRT CEO resigns. Well, I was kind of surprised. After all, she was determined to stay on during the course of many breakdowns. Suddenly, she wanted to resign due to "personal interests"? Haha ironic! I guess the public pressure is really working and this shows how much scrutiny one will experience from the public if he or she is famous.

"SMRT ~ Saw Must Resign Today" pun was widely spread during December after multiple breakdowns which created a lot of buzz.

Outings!

Went out the whole day yesterday. Had a class outing which turns out better than expected. :)

Then went to sing k and celebrate my friend birthday at his condo:) wohoo~~

Haha ok I'm quite exhausted already after a day of work. Plus tmr got overnight duty so won't come back home for a night :( sianzzz ttm :x

01/01/2012 - New Year's resolutions

So 2011 has passed by and 2012 arrives! Well, spent my last few hours of 2011 and first few hours of 2012 at town area. Saw the 8 mins fireworks live =) Recorded the last 5 mins or so. Haha but somehow my phone speaker got problem. Recorded for a minute then no sound. Perhaps the fireworks were so loud that it spoils my phone? Haha. Will post it on FB instead.

Ok now for my New Year's resolution. Well, though many people say that these wishes usually aren't accomplished in the end but I believe one must have dreams/ wishes/ aspirations so as to have a target to work towards to. =)

So my New Year's resolution:

1) Become and stay healthy.

Hmm... being plagued with lots of health problems in 2011. Hopefully, there will be some improvements.

2) Grow smarter.

Well, what I meant is not academic smartness but life skills and gaining more experience. I am soon turning 20. OMG~~ Lots of people keep telling me I don't look/behave like a going-to-be-20years old person. -.- In other words, I'm childish la. So I think I should behave more mature (I already think that I am mature enough).

3) Make this blog popular

I just started reblogging again. I hope to get more people to read my blogs frequently haha.

4) Hope world wont end in 2012 -.-

I seriously doubt it will end this year!

5) Grow taller.

Duh! I'm quite short but well, not really a must. I love being short. LOL!

6) Become rich.

Who doesn't want to? =)

7) Become more handsome.

I am already very handsome. Ok la joking =P

8) Get a girlfriend.

Joking!! I always believe in letting nature take it course. =)

9) Reduce some weight.

I have gained lots of weight since enlisting. Time to do something about it if not, I will turn obese soon. =(

10) Learn guitar!

I have been thinking of self-learning it since July or August 2011. Until now, I didn't take any actions. =( So I must motivate myself to learn by this year! WILL! MUST!

That's it for my wishes(at least for now). Well, I will strive to achieve them except those joking ones. =) Ciao~~

USS!!

Went to USS yesterday. Was too tired to update.=x

It was overall a nice experience. Now I am having a roller coaster hangover LOL... I was totally crazy after the galatic battle rollercoaster ride. I was like joking everything will suddenly accelerate, climb and drop down. haha...

I also tried the transformers ride. Well, I queued for nearly an hour and a half for the ride. Totally lost my patience because the queue was so misleading that everytime I thought I have finally reached the end and yet what I saw was another long queue. -.- Moreover, the ride wasn't that thrilling. It was merely a 3d movie ride with some shakes and tilts. Perhaps, it was because I had taken the galatic battle rollercoaster and mummy ride already. That's why it wasn't that thrilling haha.

Now, I'm like really broke. Spent about $100 yesterday ( one quarter of my allowance =( crying and bleeding hard LOL...)

After USS, went to catch The Darkest Hour. Hmm... Not that interesting as expected. Perhaps I expected too much after hearing the three letters heading. Initially, I thought it was a super cool show that will have lots of thrilling graphic effects and exciting scenes but ended up disappointed. Well, I will still rate it 3/5? haha... just my two cents worth.

One more day and it is 2012. That means I am getting older or rather more mature. Haha... I will leave my new year resolution for the later post. Enjoy people. Bye~~

Vlogging?

Hmm... Came across some interesting vlogs and suddenly had the urge to do one. However, I felt that it will be embarrassing. Haha! Well for now, I shall stick to blogging.

It is interesting how more people are willing to come out and discuss about recent happenings. I remembered 10 years back, everyone was like a snail hiding withing their shelters awaiting for some brave souls to voice out. Now, the youngsters are taking every opportunity to display their ideas and thoughts and they are talented in many ways. Singing, changing lyrics, creating comical posters etc.

Just take the MRT breakdown for example. Within few hours/days, many creative individuals uploaded their work on the shattered glass window.

Getting worse...

The coming week is a defining week. I have two medical appointments which will probably tell me how bad my body is. Well, I hope for the best but I know my body well.

The worse thing a doctor can say to a patient is "I have tried my best, sorry!" and somehow, my physiotherapist told me that before. I guess my condition is really that bad. =(

My sinseh actually told me to go study traditional chinese medicine even if I took it as part time. The reason given was because I will save lots of money and can understand my condition better. I guess she is right given that I will probably have to go for treatment weekly unless I opt for operation which is highly risky and I would not dare to do so again. Well, the proposal was worth considering but I feel studying for something I don't like a chore.

On a lighter mood, I have cleaned up my room this morning. Phew! Took me lots of efforts to sweep all the dusts. Haha now even the air smells nicer... =)

Christmas!!

It's Christmas and I guess this is the best day to revive my blog. I used to blog and somehow, I decided to start again recently, feeling that this will be a platform for me to express myself. =)

Christmas! This year, I have really tasted the joy of Christmas as my office celebrated Christmas quite early. I was fortunate and blessed to have received many presents either via gift-exchange or people just buy and give me. Chocolates seem the most popular gifts and oh gosh! I hope I would not get fat after finishing all of them.

I have celebrated lots of Christmas, including one in Japan last year. However, this year was special. I don't know why but I really can feel the love and joy of the festive season. Haha!
